Dra. María José Etulain

Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, she founded MJE COMERCIO EXTERIOR in 2005 and served as its Director until 2022.
Lawyer graduated from the University of Belgrano.
Master in Business Administration, graduated from the Business School of the Institute for Business Development of Argentina (IDEA).
Specialized in foreign trade matters since 1993.
Technical and legal advisor on cases of dumping, subsidies, and safeguards, contracted by the Undersecretariat of Foreign Trade of the Argentine Republic (1993–1998).
Coordinator of government teams investigating unfair international trade practices involving goods. Legal advisor to the Argentine negotiation delegation at the Mercosur table on issues related to unfair competition.
Legal advisor and reporting lawyer specialized in foreign trade at the Legal Department of the Industry, Trade, and Mining Division, under the Ministry of Economy (1999).
Since entering the private sector in 2000, she has provided legal, tax, and foreign exchange advice to leading companies on matters related to the import and export of goods.
